Sometimes a glittering career hides some of the saddest stories. Lolo has achieved her present position after much struggle and perseverance. Jones was the sole member of a five-child household that was raised living in poverty. Her mother and she lived in the cellar of the local church. Jones lived a nomadic existence that required her to attend different schools each year, until she reached the age of high school. Jones relocated from her mother to Theodore Roosevelt in order for her to concentrate on her track interest. She had four households throughout her time in high school so that she could study together in a single location. Jones, a cellist in the school's orchestra as well as recipient of the Gatorade Iowa track and field athlete of the year earned her the Gatorade Iowa Athlete award at the close of high school. Jones, when she went to college, was one of the best hurdlers. She was the winner of the 100-meter hurdles in the 2002 NCAA Track & Field Championship. Jones was also part of the second team to finish for the 100-meter relay. Jones was a winner of the indoor hurdles at the NCAA Championships both in 2003 and 2004. The track career after she completed her studies In 2005 Jones started to train hard for a track career. Jones won both the Torino Memorial and the Heusden Track Championships the same year.
Brandt is a child of the Cape Town region. She grew up within Cape Town South Africa with her siblings and parents relocated to Auckland New Zealand when she was in her teens. Brandt was discovered by casting directors in her hometown and took the role as Naevia in the Starz show that was a huge success Spartacus Blood and Sand and Spartacus Gods of the Arena. Her performance was a hit among the public and with producers Steven S. D Knight, Sam Raimi and Sam Raimi. The actress starred on the smash Netflix series Lucifer which had a 6 year run playing the fan favorite Vertigo/DC comic book character Mazikeen. Lucifer had a break in record for binge watching and was named the show with the highest binge count in 2021 by Forbes. Brandt's next appearance is in the six-episode Walking Dead spinoff in 2024 alongside Andrew Lincoln and Danai Gurrira. In the July 2023 season of Netflix adult animated show Captain Fall, Brandt stars opposite Jason Ritter Anthony Carrigan Chris Meloni. Lesley Ann Brandt was a South African native who was born on 2nd December in 1981. She is a New Zealand actress with a lot of potential. Lesley Brandt moved along with the entire family to Auckland New Zealand in 1999. After just a couple of years being employed in the retail industry She was elevated to the post of an IT consultant. After modeling a couple of times, Lesley appeared in countless commercials. She graduated with a degree in acting in 2008 and continues to study the methods of Meisner. Her first major acting role was on the TV drama arrangement Diplomatic Immunity in New Zealand. Lesley Brandt appeared in the New Zealand drama Shortland Street as a supporting visitor part. Then she was in the sci-fi thriller called This Is Not My Life based on the anecdotal city of Waimoana. Lesley Brandt was cast in the Television show Spartacus: Blood and Sand as Naevia who was a teenager hostage, and later as a hostage in Spartacus: Gods of the Arena mini-series.
